PROCLAMATION NO. 439

DECLARING THURSDAY, 01 FEBRUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE

WHEREAS, Republic Act (RA) No. 11445, amending RA No. 9090, declared February 1% of every year as Jose Maria Panganiban Day, in recognition of his sacrifices and fight for humanitarian reforms for the country;

WHEREAS, on 01 February 2024, Thursday, the Province of Camarines Norte will mark the commemoration of Jose Maria Panganiban Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Camarines Norte be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 01 February 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Camarines Norte.
