H~ 122.1 MALA CAN AN G Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES 440 PROCLAMATION NO. 1994, "HUMAN TO 8, AS DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM OCTOBER 2 RESOURCE MANAGEMENT WEEK" WHEREAS, the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) will hold its 30th National Conference on October 5 to 7, 1994,- at Baguio City; WHEREAS, the conference will focus on Human Resource Management's critical role in leading organizations to develop appropriate strategies to manage change and remain competitive; WHEREAS, there is a need to focus national attention to the significance of the occasion and the resources management; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from October 2 to 8, 1994, as "Human Resource Management week" under the auspices of the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines.
