Proclamation No. 441, s. 2003 - Signed on August 12, 2003: Declaring and consolidating Buhisan Watershed Forest Reserve established under Executive Order No. 36 dated July 13, 1911, Sudlon National Park established under Proclamation No. 56 dated April 11, 1936, Central Cebu National Park established under Proclamation No. 202 dated September 15, 1937, Mananga Watershed Forest Reserve established under Proclamation No. 502 dated December 5, 1989, and Kotkot-Lusaran Watershed Forest Reserve established under Proclamation No. 932 dated June 29, 1992 situated in the Cities of Cebu, Talisay, Toledo, and Danao and in the Municipalities of Minglanilla, Consolacion, Liloan, Compostela and Balamban, Province of Cebu into one protected area pursuant to Republic Act No. 7586 (NIPAS Act of 1992), under the category of protected landscape to be known as the Central Cebu Protected Landscape
