BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 441

DECLARING FRIDAY, 06 APRIL 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAS IN MOUNTAIN PROVINCE

WHEREAS, on Saturday, 07 April 2018, Mountain Province marks its 51% Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of Mountain Province fully celebrate the occasion, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Mountain Province requested that Friday, 06 April 2018, instead of 07 April 2018 which falls on a Saturday, be declared as a special non-working day in Mountain Province; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Mountain Province be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; :

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 06 April 2018, as a special (non-working) day in Mountain Province.
