PROCLAMATION NO. 441

DECLARING MONDAY, 15 JANUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 15 January 2024, Monday, the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of the 29 Coconut Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 15 January 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna.
