l\IALACAI~ANG RESIDEN CE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 442 REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 370 DATED FEB RUARY 17, 1953, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE PtLAZA AND POST OFFICE SITE RESERVATION SITUATED IN: THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIGCA WAYAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, AND DE CLARING THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVI SIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT. - Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agri culture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclama tion No. 370 dated February 17, 1953, which established the plaza and post office site reservation situated in .the municipality of Pigcawayan, province of Cotabato, and declare the land embraced therein open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act.
