WHEREAS, Friday, 3 August 2012, marks the 61° Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Mlang, Province of Cotabato; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of
Mlang, Province of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
