PROCLAMATION NO. 443

DECLARING MONDAY, 19 MARCH 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONGABONG, ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro, marks the celebration of the “Sulyog Festival” on 17 to 19 March 2018;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro, to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, 19 March 2018, be declared as a special non-working day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 19 March 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro.
