DECLARING SATURDAY, 8 SEPTEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIGOS

WHEREAS, Saturday, 8 September 2012, marks the 12% Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Digos:

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Digos the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 8 September 2012, as a special (non-working) day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S$. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare

Saturday, 8 September 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Digos.
