BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 444

DECLARING TUESDAY, 20 MARCH 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 20 March 2018, marks the celebration of the Cityhood Anniversary of the City of San Fernando, La Union; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Fernando, La Union, be given full opportunity to celebrate and Participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, !, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 20 March 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of San Fernando, La Union.
