BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 444

DECLARING SATURDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BINAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 03 February 2024, Saturday, the City of Bifian, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 79" Liberation Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bifian be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 03 February 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bifian.
