PROCLAMATION NO. 445

DECLARING SATURDAY, 24 MARCH 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIGAO, PROVINCE OF ALBAY

WHEREAS, on Saturday, 24 March 2018, the City of Ligao, Albay, marks the celebration of its Cityhood Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Ligao, Albay, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 24 March 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Ligao, Province of Albay.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
