BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 446

DECLARING THURSDAY, 22 MARCH 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, on Thursday, 22 March 2018, the Province of Cavite marks the celebration of the birth anniversary of General Emilio Aguinaldo, the first President of the Republic of the Philippines; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Cavite, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, }J, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 22 March 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Cavite.
