BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 447

DECLARING SATURDAY, 4 AUGUST 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABUYAO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, the Commission on Elections will conduct the plebiscite on Saturday, 4 August 2012, to convert the Municipality of Cabuyao into a component city to be known as the City of Cabuyao:

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Cabuyao, Laguna the opportunity to actively and fully participate in the event, it is but fitting and proper to declare 4 August 2012 as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO lll, do hereby declare

Saturday, 4 August 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cabuyao, Laguna.
