BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 447

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 04 APRIL 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ANTIPOLO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, the City of Antipolo marks the celebration of its 20" Cityhood Anniversary on Wednesday, 04 April 2018; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Antipolo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 04 April 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Antipolo.
