BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 450

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 14 MARCH 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PASSI, PROVINCE OF ILOILO

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 14 March 2018, the City of Passi, lloilo, marks the celebration of its Founding Anniversary as a component city; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Passi, lloilo, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 14 March 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Passi, Province of Iloilo.
