DECLARING MONDAY, 17 SEPTEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS BANOS, PROVINCE

OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Monday, 17 September 2012, marks the 396" Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Los Banos, Laguna;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Los Banos, Laguna the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 17 September 2012 as a specia! non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR.. Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 17 September 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Los Bafios, Laguna.
