BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 451

DECLARING THURSDAY, 25 JANUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BACO, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 25 January 2024, Thursday, the Municipality of Baco, Province of Oriental Mindoro will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Baco be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 25 January 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Baco, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
