DECLARING THURSDAY, 16 AUGUST 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO
WHEREAS, the City of Tuguegarao marks the celebration of the 288"" patronal feast dubbed as Pav-vurulun Festival 2012, with the theme “Day-wat Tam y Tuguegarao” (Let us visit Tuguegarao) on Thursday, 16 August 2012:
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 16 August 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.
