BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.454

DECLARING MONDAY, 02 APRIL 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, Monday, 02 April 2018, marks the celebration of the birth

anniversary of Francisco “Balagtas” Baltazar, a prominent Filipino poet and orator; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 02 April 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
