PROCLAMATION NO. 455

DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2003, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIGOS, DAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Monday, September 8, 2003, marks the 3 Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Digos, Davao del Sur; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Digos be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in the city's history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, September 8, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Digos, Davao del Sur.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
