BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. ' 456

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2003, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MCNTE

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 8797 provided for the conversion of the Municipality of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, into a component city to be known as the City of San Jose del Monte,

WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 10, 2003, marks the 3% Charter Day anniversary of the City of San Jose del Monte; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Jose dei Monte be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city's history with approriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, 1, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 10, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in the City of San Jose del Monte.
