BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 456

DECLARING FRIDAY, 02 FEBRUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KATIPUNAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 02 February 2024, Friday, the Municipality of Katipunan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte will mark the celebration of its 110" Araw ng Katipunan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Katipunan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 02 February 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Katipunan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.
