DECLARING THURSDAY, 27 SEPTEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALVAR, BATANGAS
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas marks the 147" birth anniversary of General Miguel Malvar on Thursday, 27 September 2012:
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 27 September 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas.
