BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 438.

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 12 SEPTEMBER 2072, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIQUIJOR, PROVINCE OF SIQUIJOR

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Siquijor marks the commemoration of its 40" year as the capital town of the Province of Siquijor on Wednesday, 12 September 2012;

-WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Siquijor, Province of Siquijor the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 12 September 2012, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Wednesday, 12 September 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Siquijor, Province of Siquijor.
