BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 458

DECLARING FRIDAY, 02 FEBRUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABADBARAN, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 02 February 2024, Friday, the City of Cabadbaran, Province of Agusan del Norte will mark the celebration of the Dagkot Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabadbaran be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 02 February 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Cabadbaran.
