N pI..) {o1fo8' 'MALACANAN G Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 459 DECLARlNG MONDAY, SEPTEMBER IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY 5, 1994, AS A SPECIAL DAY WHEREAS, Monday~ Stember 5, 1994, marks the 26th Charter Anniversary of the City of General Santos; WHEREAS, the residents of the City of General Santos would like to commemorae the occasion with appropriate ceremonies and activities; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, September 5, 1994, as a special day in General Santos City.
