BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 459

DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 APRIL 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, the City of Tarlac marks the celebration of its 20" Charter Anniversary on 19 April 2018;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Tarlac celebrate the occasion, the Office of the City Mayor of Tarlac requested that Friday, 20 April 2018, instead of 19 April 2018 which falls on a Thursday, be declared as a special non-working day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 20 April 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.
