BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 46

DECLARING FRIDAY, 9 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAIS

WHEREAS, Friday, 9 September 2016, marks the 48" Charter Day of the City of Bais;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of

Bais be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C, MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do

hereby declare Friday, 9 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Bais.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
