BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 46

DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 SEPTEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE

WHEREAS, on 16 September 2022, Friday, the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province, will mark the celebration of its 114 Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bontoc be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 16 September 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province.
