PROCLAMATION NO. 461

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2003, AS CENTENARY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAGANGA, DAVAO ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Wednesday, October 29, 2003, marks the 100" Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Baganga, Davao Oriental, and

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Baganga, Davao Oriental be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, October 29, 2003, as centenary of the Municipality of Baganga, Davao Oriental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
