PROCLAMATION NO. 461

DECLARING TUESDAY, 13 FEBRUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PARANAQUE

WHEREAS, on 13 February 2024, Tuesday, the City of Parafaque will mark the celebration of its 26" Cityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Parahaque be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare

• Tuesday, 13 February 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Parahaque.
