f.I/ r IJ 1270 MALACANAN G Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 462 DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM SEPTEMBER "PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT WEEK" 5 TO 11, 1994, AS WHEREAS, the Production Management Association of the Philippines (PROMAP) is a non-profit, nonpartisan, and non- stock organization established and committed to promote industrial development through better and efficient management of the production system; WHEREAS, PROMAP will hold its 1994 Production Management Convention on September 8 and 9, 1994, in Cebu with the theme: "MEETING THE CHALLENGES OF GLOBALIZATION"; WHEREAS, there is a need to focus national attention on the important role production executive play in the development of ou economy; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V.
