DECLARING FRIDAY, 7 SEPTEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, Friday, 7 September 2012, marks the 441° Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Cavite:

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Cavite the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 7 September 2012, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 7 September 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cavite.
