BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 462

DECLARING TUESDAY, 27 FEBRUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, on 27 February 2024, Tuesday, the City of General Santos will mark the celebration of its 85 Founding Anniversary and the 35 Kalilangan Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General _ Santos be given full opportunity to participate in the foregoing occasions and enjoy their celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 27 February 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
