BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 463

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 12 SEPTEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY.IN THE CITY LIPA

WHEREAS, the City of Lipa will host thousands of devotees for the

National Pilgrimage, a day of prayer for peace and the sanctification of the clergy on 12 September 2012:

WHEREAS, in order for the people of the City of Lipa participate in the event, the Office of the Mayor requested that 12 September 2012 be declared as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR.. Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Wednesday, 12 September 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.
