BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 463

DECLARING MONDAY, 12 FEBRUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TALISAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 11 February 2024, the City of Talisay, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its 26" Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Talisay to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 12 February 2024, Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 11 February 2024 which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Talisay be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, !, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 12 February 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Talisay, Province of Negros Occidental.
