VALENCIA FOUNDATION, A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD INC., OF TO ONE AUTHORIZING CONDUCT YEAR WHEREAS, the Teodoro F. valencia Foundation, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation Nt>. 30, s. 1992, to conduct a national fund campuign up to August 31, 1993; WHEREAS, the Teodoro F. Valencia Foundation, Inc., additional time to .raise more funds for its laudable needsgoal; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhlippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Teodro F. Valencia Foundation, Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of oneyear, effective upon te promulgation of this Proclamation.
