BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 464

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 26 September 2012, marks the 152% Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it

is but fitting and proper to declare 26 September 2012, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Wednesday, 26 September 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran.
