BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 465

DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2003, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE

WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 16, 2003, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province, should be given full opportunity to commemorate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 16, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
