DECLARING SATURDAY, 29 SEPTEMBER 2012. AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BACOOR

WHEREAS, the City of Bacoor marks the celebration of its 401" Founding

Anniversary and the 5™ edition of the Bakood Festival on Saturday, -29 September 2012:

; WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Bacoor the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 29 September 2012, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare

Saturday, 29 September 2012, as a special (non-werking) day in the City of Bacoor.
