DECLARING THURSDAY, 21 MARCH 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALAPAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 21 March 2024, Thursday, the City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro will mark the celebration of its 26t Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calapan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare

Thursday, 21 March 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
