f1 r,A) J~q,;2 MALACANANG MANILA 467 PROCLAMATION NO. DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BARAS, PROVINCE OF RIZAL I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare, upon recommendation of the Secretary of National Defense as Chairman of the National Disaster coordinating Council, a state of public calamity in the Municipality of Baras, Province of Rizal.
