BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 467

DECLARING SATURDAY, 29 SEPTEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN RAFAEL, PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, Saturday, 29 September 2012, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of San Rafael, Bulacan the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but - fitting and proper to declare 29 September 2012 as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S.. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Saturday, 29 September 2012, as a special (non-working) day i in the Municipality of San Rafael Province of Bulacan.
