PROCLAMATION NO. 468
DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2003, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, BILIRAN
WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 23, 2003, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Naval, Biliran; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval, Biliran, be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality’s history with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 23, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Biliran, to be known as "Pueblo Day”.
