BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 468

DECLARING MONDAY, 21 MAY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MALABON

WHEREAS, Monday, 21 May 2018, marks the 419" Founding Anniversary of the City of Malabon; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Malabon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 21 May 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Malabon.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
