DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2003, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAAL, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Monday, December 8, 2003, marks the 400" Anniversary of Our Lady of Caysasay, the patroness of the Municipality of Taal; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of the Municipality of Taal, Batangas, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by

order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare
