DECLARING FRIDAY, 26 OCTOBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES

WHEREAS, Friday, 26 October 2012, marks the commemoration of the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Catanduanes:

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of Catanduanes the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 26 October 2012, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO II, do hereby declare

Friday, 26 October 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Catanduanes.
