BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 470

DECLARING MONDAY, 17 SEPTEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE

WHEREAS, Sunday, 16 September 2012, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province;

WHEREAS. in order to give the people of the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province, the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion and since 16 September 2012 falls on a Sunday, it is but fitting and proper to declare 17 September 2012 as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare

Monday, 17 September 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province.
