BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 470

DECLARING SATURDAY, 21 APRIL 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALAMBA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Saturday, 21 April 2018, marks the 17'" Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Calamba, Laguna; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calamba, Laguna, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with

appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 21 April 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City-of Calamba, Laguna.
